I have gone through the resources for research teams. Some of the information is domain specific and I am not familiar with the field. Others call for a higher level of detail than we have discussed in our meeting, I don't know what the accepted levels of detail are, and also, what kinds of boiler plate language is used to complete the forms because they are not worth putting time and energy into writing up that level of specificity.
I am dividing my work into two streams - Project Management, Research
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Put together a project management framework derived from the work plan template and fill in the areas we have discussed that are part of our shared knowledge. Identify the areas that are not known to me, although they may be common knowledge to the health science research team.
Use a combination of Airtable, Smartsheet, Google Doc and Google Sheets to make up the workplan.
Set up Google Calendar to help manage task planning and tracking. Use it as the 'record of truth' for project work - TO DO, DONE
RESEARCH
