How many hats - 2024 08 23

I was in a meeting on Friday planning for Putting Patients First Conference scheduled for Nov 14, hosted by the BC SUPPORT Unit. We are planning programming for a new "Ideas and Innovation Room" to foster learning community relationships that will support learning health systems.

We were talking about the hats we wear on any given day, how many times we change our hats to meet the needs we encounter. In this contexts, 'hats' are serving as a signifier of roles and responsibilities. A hat signifies the current role and responsibilities we are performing in any given moment.
